Bryan Albiston is licensed to practice law in California and Nevada. He has more than 14 years of transactional and litigation experience in real estate, business, and contract law. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, from initial negotiations through closing, as well as business acquisitions, mergers, dissolutions, and capital investments.
Bryan has represented real estate investment firms, construction companies, and other businesses in transactions ranging from $100,000 to more than $350 million. He drafts and negotiates contracts, leases, nondisclosure agreements, and purchase and sale agreements, and advises clients on the legal and regulatory issues that arise throughout a transaction.
Bryan also serves as general counsel to businesses on commercial contracts, legal compliance, and client, customer, and employee matters. His experience also includes land use, environmental compliance, government contracts, and statutory compliance.
