Brendan A. Smith

Brendan Smith is an attorney at Stone & Sallus, LLP, focusing on business and real estate disputes, as well as general civil litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, he practiced at an insurance defense firm in Downtown Los Angeles, where he gained invaluable experience in all phases of litigation, handling a variety of general liability claims from inception to resolution.
Brendan attended the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and minored in English Literature. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. The rest, as they say, is history.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
