Jason E. Barth practices law in the field of real estate and business law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and United State District Court. He received his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of California, Davis.
While working towards his Bachelor’s Degrees, Jason accepted a position in Washington D.C. working for the President of the United States of America where he served in the Office of Agency Liaison. During his time at the White House, he participated in State arrivals of foreign Heads of States, G20 Economic Summit, and collaborated between the presidential offices,
constituents, and federal agencies. Also, while attending U.C. Davis, Jason served as an intern at the California Governor’s Office in the Office of Legislative Affairs where he supported the bill analysis team in reviewing proposed legislation sent to the Governor’s Office.
Jason received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Southwestern Law School. He was a member of the Southwestern Law Review, Negotiations Honor Program, and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International. During his time at law school, Jason clerked at the Riverside District Attorney’s Office and California Association of Realtors.
Jason has represented individuals and businesses facilitating complex real estate transactions and litigating multi-million-dollar real estate cases. Jason has extensive experience in motion practice, court appearances, contract drafting and participated in many mediations, arbitrations, and trials concerning a variety of legal issues.
Outside of law, Jason is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Italian American Lawyers Association and is serving as the Marshal of the Supreme Senate of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, International.
