A planner by nature, Lindsay H. Sanders practices in the field of estate planning. She is passionate about assisting individuals and families plan for the future and life’s changes, supporting people through sensitive situations, and helping people navigate the law.

Lindsay graduated from Chapman University with a B.A. in European History and a Minor in Peace and Conflict Studies. She received her J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with a Certificate in International Legal Studies.

Lindsay began her legal career in civil litigation working on a variety of cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, and construction defect. Under the mentoring of seasoned litigators, Lindsay gained extensive experience in legal writing, court appearances, and worked successfully to meet the objectives and goals of the client. After some time with this firm, Lindsay took an opportunity to pursue advocacy and policy work. She became a Legal Associate for a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C. advocating for women and girls with disabilities. Under the leadership of an International Human Rights Lawyer, Lindsay wrote briefs to U.S. government groups and to the United Nations on relevant international and national issues and advised U.S. government officials. After returning from D.C., Lindsay transitioned into the field of trusts and estates law. She worked as a solo practitioner in this field before joining the firm of Stone & Sallus.

Lindsay enjoys being involved in the local community and non-profit organizations. She is a proud member of Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce where she is Chair of the Young Professionals Committee, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Rodgers Center for Holocaust Education at Chapman University. Lindsay is also a dedicated supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association and volunteers with their California Southland Chapter to present educational content related to estate planning.
